I am already in week 20 and yesterday I got to see my boy. He is soooo beautiful. hehe. He has my chin already! I am over the moon excited about his arrival on June 25th!
This is my first baby. But I have been so lucky to have had very little symptoms. I had 9 days of horrible nausea. But that was that. More than that, not much. I cry a bit more than usual. But not to sad things, I can start crying from nowhere of how happy I am or how lucky I feel. I mean, I’m an emotional person myself, but this is a little overboard. haha! But I should not complain if tears of joy is the worst part of this pregnancy. haha! I won’t become a mom who posts all the time about every single symptom. BUT of course I will share my journey and the powerful stuff I get to go through the next upcoming months!
But so far- pretty freakin lucky. I have gained 3 kg all in all. But I work out almost everyday, which is more than what I used to. I am actually doing the Kayla program 4 days a week– she is also pregnant so she had altered the program from stuff pregnant women can’t do, like jumping and heavy lifting. Then I do Becore 1-2 a week. and then 1-2 days cardio, like spinning. I can’t run any longer.
I have sooooo much energy again. Which I didn’t have until like week 12. So I am embracing that. Now I don’t need as much rest and sleep. I wake up suuuuper early every morning, so I hit the gym by 6. PERFECT! I have never managed to do that before. haha!
